PDF statements
A PDF statement is a clean, printable snapshot of your finances on one date: your net worth, charts, every account, and your records.
Why create one
- Keep your family in the loop. Many households have one person who handles the money. A statement shows your spouse or partner the full picture without them needing the app.
- Be ready for an emergency. With records included, it lists your accounts, insurance, and key contacts in one place. Keep a copy with your will or estate documents.
- Meet with an advisor. Bring a statement to a financial advisor, CPA, or attorney instead of gathering numbers by hand.
- Track progress. Save one each year or quarter to look back on.
Creating a statement
- Dashboard → Share Statement (top right). On Mac, File → Create PDF Statement (⌘ P).
- Choose Content and Formatting.
- Tap Create PDF Statement, then share, save to Files, or print.
The statement covers the people you’ve selected, like “for Chris and Taylor”. Select one person to make a statement just for them.
